The quilted black jacket is made of 100% silk fabric and is covered in a bright watercolor floral pattern. Featuring puff sleeves, shoulder pads, and a nipped in waist that creates a peplum effect. Zips from the tassel to just above the bust. There is a hook and eye closure behind the tassel. In very good vintage condition. To note: on the back of the right sleeve, there
